Data Recovery Basics
Data recovery techniques can be different, it depends on type of data loss.
As a rule, it is accidental deletion, logical or physical hard drive failure.
You can manage data recovery on your own in case of accidental deletion or logical hard drive failure.
In case of physical hard drive failure you should apply to a reliable recovery company.
Accidental deletion is a result of shift-deleting, disk format, emptying the recycle bin,
software failure, reinstalling the system. Logical failure occurs when the disk is not accesible,
but recognized by BIOS. “Missing Operating System” , “Disk Requires Format”, “Unrecognized Format”,
“Disk Not Recognized” are typical messages in this case.
You can recover your data with the help of reliable recovery software or restore as much of the lost file as possible (if it was partially overwritten), and continue using the file.
